Eddie Mekka has passed away.

A Message from Gus Gordon, Executive Director of the Hoogland Center for the Arts:
I've had lots of interesting adventures at the Hoogland over the years, but our production of Guys and Dolls in Concert was right up there at the top. Eddie Mekka from Laverne and Shirley was our special guest star, playing Nathan Detroit opposite our local performers. He met his equal in Mary Jo Curry as Adelaide. They were great together.
We were saddned to hear that Eddie passed away recently, and wanted to share this wonderful number as a way to remember him. Rest in Peace, Eddie.
